FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgical dentistry and can be applied for surgical treatment of tooh-containing jaw cysts in children. Cyst membrane is ablated leaving permanent tooth germ on bone cavity. Bone cavity and introduced into it as osteoplastic material frozen-dried demineralised spongy allobone are treated with wide-spectrum antibiotic solution by means of ultrasonic waves with frequency 24000-29000 Hz during 1-3 minutes. Reposition of permanent tooth germ into vertical position is performed.
EFFECT: method allows to restore anatomical position of tooth and its function.
