FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: prior to the surgery, the patient is subjected to computer tomography. Computed tomography data are converted to STL format. A bone implant is simulated with individual parameters with subsequent milling of the previously lyophilized bone biomaterial. The mucous membrane is incised; a mucoperiosteal flap is dissected and elevated under local anesthesia. The milled bone implant with individual parameters from the previously lyophilized bone biomaterial is laid to the surgical intervention zone. Bone bed is osteotomy performed on a pre-milled guide of the bone implant, taking into account individual anatomical and topographical features, using burs, drills, taps. The individually milled bone implant is fixed by anatomic retention and dental implant. Screw-plugs, gum formers for are installed on the intraosseous implants.
EFFECT: method allows uniform distribution of occlusal loads on the bone tissue, primary stability, creation of favourable conditions for bone tissue integration and expansion of indications for dental implantation.
