FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical engineering. The device contains one stimulating electrode and one reference electrode for transcutaneous nerve stimulation connected to the control unit for their infeed with electric power supply. The stimulating electrode and the reference electrode are installed in the framework made for fixing on the human ear or in the ear. To make nerve stimulation efficient and more convenient for patient, it is provided according to the invention that the framework has an arched branch made for insertion into the auditory pathway, at that this branch should conform to a shape of the auditory pathway entrance or, more precisely, the outer part of an auditory pathway. A contact head with two contacts for both electrodes is established at the end of the arcuate branch.
EFFECT: development of device for transcutaneous stimulation of nerves and muscles.
