FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to process of cleaning and separating radioactive, aggressive, toxic, inflammable fluids and can be used in chemical, pharmaceutical industries, metallurgy etc. Proposed extractor comprises drive, bearing assembly, housing with mixing chamber and phase extraction chambers, rotor with separation chamber, transfer device, hydraulic lock and tubes for extraction of light phase. Extractor incorporates also magnetic coupling with its drive half-coupling fitted on drive shaft and driven half-coupling rigidly jointed with rotor. Sealing partition-screen is arranged between said half-couplings and rigidly jointed to said housing and, via one of plain bearings of bearing assembly, with rotor. Note that second bearing of said bearing assembly seats at rotor bottom. Hydraulic lock inner space communicates with clearance between sealing partition-screen and driven half-coupling.
EFFECT: tight apparatus, ruling out of leaks and ingress of undesirable admixtures from outside.
