FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: cast machine is used at production of moulded item out of polyurethane. Polyisocyanate components and two kinds of polyol components are separately supplied into the machine. First liquid mixture containing polyisocyanate and polyol components are supplied into a mould with a foaming agent. Before completion of the first liquid mixture supply into the mould there is added the second liquid mixture containing polyisocyanate and the second polyol component with the foaming agent.

EFFECT: one-stage production of moulded item out of polyurethane having external layer of high density, moulded selectively, also ratio of external layer of high density and foamed nucleus can be varied.
