FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to continuous production of profiled articles. Technical result is achieved using a continuous process for producing a profiled article having a core made of polyurethane foam or a mixture comprising polyurethane foam, a jacket made of thermoplastic material, and optionally a film between core and jacket, comprising following steps: (A) introducing film into a gripper-belt system which has shape of the profiled article; (B) introducing liquid foamable reactive system of core comprising at least one polyisocyanate a) and a higher molecular compound with groups b) reactive towards isocyanate groups, into gripper-belt system in such a way that if necessary film present encloses precursor material; (C) shaping of core in gripper-belt system; (D) cooling core from step (C); (E) introducing core from step (C) or (D) into an extruder with attached extrusion die for producing hollow profiles, in order to sheath core with a jacket made of thermoplastic material and thus obtain profiled article; (F) cooling profiled article from step (E); (G) cutting of profiled article from step (E) or (F). In step (A), (B), and/or (E), reinforcement is introduced into gripper-belt system or, respectively, into extrusion die of ex-ruder in such a way that said reinforcement system is present in profiled article between core and jacket or in essence entirely within jacket.

EFFECT: high uniformity of distribution of foam plastic in cavities of obtained profile.
