The technological line contains a separator made with the possibility of dividing the flow of bars for transverse rods into individual bars and feeding them into a device for forming and weaving a mesh equipped with a cutting mechanism. The technological line contains a separate unit for the formation of a periodic profile for the formation of a stream of bars intended for the manufacture of transverse mesh rods.

EFFECT: increasing the degree of automation of the production process and eliminating technological stops to replace the material for the manufacture of transverse bars of the reinforcing composite mesh.
