FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: bit consists of case and matrix divided with flash slots into working sectors with tilted front edge reinforced with diamond elements. The essence of the invention is like follows: cutting elements of each sector correspond to two groups of diamonds of adjacent granularity. Also diamonds of smaller fraction are placed on the front facet of the sector; ratio of their weight to weight of diamonds of the adjacent fraction is not more, than 20 %.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of bit operation by means of increased cut and mechanical speed of drilling due to optimal equipping matrix sectors on base of physical-mechanical properties of drilled rock.
