MOVABLE PLANT FOR CLEANING OF WATER HEATING SYSTEMS OF BUILDINGS Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC F28G9/00 

FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: cleaning plant of water heating systems includes movable device with four capacities installed on it and equipped with upper air valves and lower outlet valves for discharging fouling. The first capacity for preparation of washing liquid is connected via the pump having the electric motor drive powered from generator of means of transport to water heating system of the building and tank of portion supply of washing liquid. The second capacity for receiving dirty liquid from water heating system of the building is equipped with electrodes of physical-electrical water treatment device powered from generator of means of transport, connected to water heating system of the building and the third capacity. The third capacity of accelerated sedimentation of contaminants is connected to the pump inlet of the first capacity. The fourth capacity, as sludge collecting storage tank, through sludge pump with electric motor drive powered from generator of means of transport is connected to outlets of the first, the second and the third capacities. All the capacities are provided with transparent opening for visual inspection of cleaning process. Three of them have lower louvres for separation of clean water and sludge underflow.

EFFECT: increasing mobility and efficiency of cleaning process of water heating system.
