FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: facility for hydraulic protection consists of case (4) with end sealing, of internal chambers, of labyrinth section, of compensation section (27), of dump valve (28), of abutment and of radial and axial bearings. Support (6) resting on nipples (7) connecting the case is positioned in the section of labyrinth coaxially to a shaft. Support (6) has at least two lengthwise channels (16) and (17). Labyrinth cavity (11) is formed around support (6) between disks (10) with sealing (21, 22) along the case and support; rotating self-placed lower and upper cams with circular channels (14) and (15) are arranged inside the cavity. Circular channels (14) and (15) made around support (6) communicate with lengthwise channels (16) and (17). Cams (12) and (13) rotate around their axes under gravity force by means of rings (23) fixed against travel along axis of support (6); the cams have sealing (26) on ends. Circular channel (14) of lower cam (12) is connected with labyrinth cavity (11), while circular channel (5) of upper cam (15) is connected with beyond labyrinth cavity (20).

EFFECT: facility prevents sand penetration inside mechanism.
