FIELD: electric engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed partially enclosed asynchronous motor comprises rotor assembly, stator assembly and metal frame shaping the body having cylindrical shape in general, with bearing bodies at each axial end. Inner part of frame is arranged with the possibility to tightly embrace plate core and follows contour of stator assembly winding front parts bends. Body seal between stator assembly and rotor assembly tightly seals rotor assembly relative to stator assembly. Heat conducting shaping material fills gaps in winding of stator and space between assembly of stator and frame. Fan driven by rotor shaft and jacket of fan send air along body seal and through assembly of rotor.
EFFECT: improved dimensional parametres and increased reliability of semienclosed asynchronous motor.
