METHOD OF AVIATION ADAPTIVE AUTOMATIC DECAMETER RADIOCOMMUNICATION ON UNSECUTATED FREQUENCIES Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC H04B7/00

Abstract RU 2622767 C1

FIELD: radio engineering, communication.

SUBSTANCE: ionospheric monitoring technology (IM) is implemented into the radio channel "aircraft (AC) board - terrestrial base radio center (BRC)", implemented with the help of linear frequency-modulated (LFM) signals and allows to determine the radio-prognostic parameters of the ionospheric channel, including the main parameter - the optimum operating frequency (OOF) in real time scale. At the same time, terrestrial base radio centers (BRCs) are equipped with hardware-software complexes of ionospheric monitoring, and the board AC is equipped with a four-channel LFM-signal receiver-analyzer capable of simultaneous receiving and analyzing signals from four spatially-spaced terrestrial TRCs. As a result, frequency and space adaptation is provided, which makes it possible to operate on the same OOF defined for the given time for one of the four BRCs, most suitable for the propagation of DCM radio waves and interference conditions. If the parameters of the operating channel are degraded below the allowable values, the control over the channel "board AC - terrestrial BRC" is transferred to the new BRC via the network of trunk lines connecting all BRCs and acting as the so-called "return channel". Each AC, that broadcasts, uses a free frequency based on its own analysis of this frequency employment according to the information given by the IM, thereby eliminating the creation of mutual interference.

EFFECT: providing automatic uninterrupted DCM radio communication with high reliability of information exchange 0,95-0,99, crypto and noise immunity of communication channels and economy of frequency resource.
