FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: each user data element is associatively related to one or more different shared access methods, which determines how multiple users can access communication resources. Each user data element is converted to discrete samples, where discrete samples for each user data element are assigned one or more corresponding discrete signal blocks. The discrete samples which are associatively related to shared access methods are processed and grouped together in a time interval or packet for transmission over a communication channel.
EFFECT: increased network efficiency and simplification of communication equipment.
