SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. Method includes steps of: generating (1220) a preamble signal of random access and transmitting (1230) a preamble signal of random access. Generation of random access preamble signal comprises generation of preamble random access signal with collective access with frequency division on one carrier (SC-FDMA) containing two or more consecutive groups of preamble symbols, wherein each group of preamble symbols comprises a cyclic prefix portion and a plurality of identical symbols occupying one subcarrier of the SC-FDMA random access preamble signal. One subcarrier for at least one of the preamble symbol groups corresponds to a first subcarrier frequency, and one subcarrier for immediately next group of groups of preamble symbols corresponds to the second subcarrier frequency. Transmission (1230) of SC-FDMA random access preamble signal.

EFFECT: high efficiency of a power amplifier (PA), improved coverage of a physical channel with random access and high energy efficiency.
