FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to maxillofacial surgery and can be applied for surgery of a through defect of wing of nose. A cellulocutaneous flap by defect size is cut out in the buccal region. The separated flap is transferred. After forming an external surface of wing of nose, the internal lining is created by a fibrous capsule allograft by defect size.
EFFECT: method allows reducing traumatism, restoring nasal volume and structure and recovering nasal breath.
