SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to surgical dentistry, maxillofacial surgery, otolaryngology. Method includes cutting out trapezoidal mucous-periosteal flap, skeletonisation of anterior wall of maxillary sinus, filling in the defect with composition material, mobilisation and fixation of flap. After skeletonisation of anterior wall of maxillary sinus osteotomy of vestibular cortical plate is carried out, mucous membrane of oroantral fistula is separated. Simultaneously, cortical plate and separated mucous membrane are placed into maxillary sinus until edges of fistula mucous membrane contact. After that edges are sewn.

EFFECT: application of claimed invention allows to create volume of bone tissue of alveolar process of maxilla in region of oroantral fistula and achieve closing of oroantral fistula not only with mucous-periosteal flap, thin cortical plate or cartilage tissue, but also by fully fledged bone tissue which allows in remote period to rehabilitate patients by means of dental implants.
