SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oncology and plastic surgery. After the main stage of tumor removal and external nose resection, two flaps are separated from nasolabial areas 2 cm wide and 6 cm long. Flaps are rotated with the skin inside on the defect area and nasal wings and inner lining are formed. Skin base of the flap is sutured from the nasal mucosa, and the opposite free edges are sutured together and sutured to the remnants of the nasal septum. Plate of porous titanium nickelide 1.5 cm wide and 3 cm long, 0.3–0.4 mm thick, with average pore size in range of 120–170 mcm is placed in the tunnel between the sutured flaps. Lower edge of the plate is placed on the remaining part of the nasal septum. Further, nostrils and columella are created, for this purpose a frontal pedicle flap is cut out and anchored to the skin along the periphery of the facial tissue defect, and also sutured with nasolabial flaps in the area of the newly formed nasal septum and wings of the nose. Wounds on the face are closed in layers, the defect in the forehead skin is closed using a split skin flap from the shoulder area.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to restore total defects of external nose after removal of tumor processes affecting nasal tissues, to achieve a pronounced functional and aesthetic result, reducing the probability of postoperative complications, reducing the rehabilitation period, improving the patient's quality of life.
