FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, dermatology, and can be used for treating psoriasis. For this purpose photochemotherapy with application of photosensibiliser and long-wave ultraviolet radiation is carried out. Additionally pentoxyphillin in amount 200 mg 3 times per day is introduced.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce number of procedures, reduce dose of ultraviolet radiation, obtain faster beginning of remission and elongation of its terms, reduce possibility of side effects and complications.
