FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, to radionuclide diagnostics and radiotherapy, and can be applied in solution of question about selection of optimal volume of locoregional radiotherapy. Method consists in the following: 30-120 min and 480-600 min after inra-tumour introduction of radiocolloids marked 99 mTc, visualisation of paths of lymph outflow from tumour is carried out. In accordance with the results of morphological examination of signal lymphatic nodes and taking into account detected paths of lymph outflow from breast tumour decision about carrying out one of 6 suggested versions of regional therapy of breast cancer is taken.

EFFECT: for the first time method allows to solve a number of important problems of radiation oncology - determine group of patients with breast cancer who need radiation of axillary and/or supra- - subclavicular and/or parasternal lymphatic nodes, realise telemetric preparation to their radiation, as well as to detect patients in which radiation of subclavicular and/or parasternal region does not have to be carried out.
