SUBSTANCE: to select the individual volume of locoregional radiation therapy after luminal breast cancer surgery, a morphological study of axillary lymph nodes with metastases is conducted. At that, Ki 67 expression is determined. In case of Ki 67<20%, irradiation of the remaining breast tissue or the postoperative scar, as well as the tissues of the anterior chest wall and the lower and middle lymph nodes area of the axillary region is performed. At Ki 67≥20%, irradiation of the remaining breast tissue or the postoperative scar, as well as the tissues of the anterior chest wall and the lymph nodes of the axillary and subclavian area is performed.

EFFECT: significant reduction in radiation exposure when irradiating patients with breast cancer, short period of rehabilitation.
