FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, particularly radionuclide diagnostics and radiation therapy, and can find application in generation of radiation fields and evaluation of total basic dose to irradiate parasternal lymph nodes. Intratumoral introduction of radiocolloids marked 99 mTc is followed by determining the individual topography of lymphatic outflow from the tumour. In case signal lymph nodes are located in parasternal region, topographometric preparation for irradiation is carried out with using scintigraphic data. The total irradiation dose is evaluated after radionuclide imaging with a tumour-seeking preparation 99 mTc-Technetryl and makes 45 Gy in the absence of hyperfixation nidi of the preparation in parasternal lymph nodes, or 60-70 Gy in the presence of 99 mTc-Technetryl hyperfixation.

EFFECT: method allows solving a number of the important problems radiation oncology that is singling out a group of patients suffering from breast cancer, those who requires irradiation of parasternal lymph nodes, carrying out topographometric preparation for irradiation and evaluating the total irradiation dose required.
