FIELD: chemical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing CO2 extracts as useful, environmental safe, irreplaceable components in food industry, pharmaceutics, domestic chemistry, perfumery, and cosmetics. Method includes loading extractor with raw material, sealing extractor, connecting it to heated evaporator and to tank accumulating liquid carbon dioxide, transferring miscella from extractor into evaporator, stripping carbon dioxide gas from the latter into condenser to liquefy and pour into accumulating tank, cutting extractor off from heated evaporator and accumulating tank, and opening extractor to discharge oil cake. According to invention, extractor, prior to be connected to accumulating tank, is cut off from heated evaporator, unsealed, and reconnected to heated evaporator.
