FIELD: production of CO2-extracts. SUBSTANCE: unit for production of CO2-extracts has at least two extraction device, holes of said devices are fed by origin raw materials and then said holes are sealed. Extraction is carried out in turn, grist being periodically discharged. Before discharge and after it holes of extraction devices are connected with each other, the process is followed by connecting up hole which become empty to the vessel which is used for storage of carbon dioxide and to heated evaporator.
