FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of coating solid powdered active substances, as well as coated microparticles of active substance and use of these particles. The method of coating active substances involves the following steps: a) mixture containing at least one enveloping substance is prepared (2, 3, 4), where supercritical or subcritical fluid medium is dissolved to degree of saturation, where the said medium is selected from a group consisting of carbon dioxide, butane, nitrogen or nitrogen monoxide in pressure and temperature conditions which enable to hold the said fluid medium in a supercritical or subcritical state; b) moving separate particles of at least one solid powdered active substance are prepared (7); c) a mixture and moving separate particles of the active substance are brought into contact (8) under temperature and pressure conditions which simultaneously facilitate: expansion of the supercritical or subcritical fluid medium and its return to gaseous state, sputtering of the enveloping and its solidification around the moving separate particles of the active substance; d) separation and collection (9) of the coated particles.
EFFECT: method enables to coat solid particles of thermosensitive active substances, having size not smaller than 50 mcm, using a wide range of enveloping reagents and, particularly using enveloping reagents which are insoluble in supercritical or subcritical fluid media.
