FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises the stage of winding whereat rubber belt is coiled with partial superimposition onto cylindrical body surface to form tire rubber element whereon rubber belt if wound with partial superimposition. Note here that said rubber belt is simultaneously shifted axially from one side to the other. Multiple air discharge grooves are formed between superimposing rubber belts on at least one rubber belt surfaces. Each aforesaid groove runs at θ varying from 20° to 90° with respect to rubber belt lengthwise direction. Air discharge groove maximum varies from 0.3 to 3.0 mm, while groove maximum depth varies from 0.1 to 3.0 mm. Air tire is produced from raw tire using rubber element for tire produced in compliance with patented method, subjected to curing and forming.
EFFECT: forming rubber element by winding of belts.
