FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: tire is made with a ring reinforcing layer formed by rubber strips wound along the spiral in the same direction from different places arranged in the direction along tire width. Rubber strips (12A and 12 B) are arranged with clearances on the part of the tire or along the entire tire in direction along width. Together with end sections of rubber strips, at least the middle end sections (12Bs and 12Ae), located on the side of the equatorial plane of the tire, are located in areas, where the middle end sections are fully covered with the units (2a) of the tread in the form of a rib in direction along tire width, and width of tread units in the form of a rib covered with the middle end sections is defined as W, and the width of rubber strips is defined as G (mm), at the same time the ratio G<W is met.

EFFECT: reduced frequency of cracks in grooves in all tires, which contain a circular reinforcing later wound along spiral.
