SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, particularly to railway vehicle brake. Proposed brake comprises braking control unit, service and emergent braking units integrated by data bus system. Said data bus system designed to transfer of datagrapms comprises fault-secure device with its output connected with aforesaid service and emergent braking units. Said fault-secure device serves to recognise transmission errors. Braking control unit input interface features service braking signals are connected via logical operation OR while emergent braking signals are connected via logical operation AND.

EFFECT: faster operation of braking mechanism, fast braking in case defect in braking system originates.
