SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to biotechnology. The invention describes a method of identifying anomalies of the reproductive system, which is aneuploidy which involves obtaining somatic cells from follicular fluid from a person and genetic analysis of the said cells, where identification of at least one chromosome anomaly in a part of the cells indicates ill-defined gonadal mosaicism. The invention discloses a method of analysing high risk of sterility caused by aneuploidy in mammals, primarily humans, involving obtaining somatic cells from follicular fluid of the animal and genetic analysis of the cells, where identification of at least ill-defined gonadal mosaicism in a part of the cells indicates high risk of sterility.
EFFECT: invention enables identification and diagnosis of chromosome anomalies, eg pronounced mosaicism.
