DEVICE FOR MICROARC METAL AND ALLOY OXIDATION Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC C25D11/02

Abstract RU 2333299 C1

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns electrolytic processing of metal surfaces. The device includes plating bath, thyristor converter including thyristors mounted at the outputs of direct current source, control calculator connected to the control inputs of thyristors, detectors, at least one of which is a current gauge and another is a voltage gauge. The device also includes process parameter regulators, minimum control signal extraction circuit, reference-input elements of process parameters and adjustable inductor. At that, the positive clamp of thyristor converter is connected through adjustable inductor to current contact jaw for connection of oxidised detail, while its negative clamp is connected through the current gauge to the plating bath case. Voltage gauge is connected between the output clamps of thyristor converter; besides, input unit of control calculator is connected to outputs of reference-input elements of process parameters and outputs of detectors. Output unit of the control calculator is connected to master input of the inductor and first inputs of process parameter regulators, the second inputs of which are connected to outputs of detectors. Additionally, the first outputs of process parameter regulators are connected through minimum control signal extraction circuit to master input of thyristor converter, together with the second outputs of process parameter regulators.

EFFECT: stable high quality of coatings for wide range of materials.
