SUBSTANCE: device comprises a source of supply, a bath, a switch of operation mode (anode and cathode ones), a controlled electronic discharger with capability of parallel connection to an oxidated item. Each circuit of anode and cathode voltages generation comprises a commutator, a logical element "AND", a high-frequency power step-up transformer, a rectifier, a filter, a voltage metre, a voltage controlled, a pulse voltage converter. The device also comprises a managing microcontroller, a control electronic and computing machine, a generator of high-frequency signals, a unit of drivers, sensors of current and voltage, analog-digital converters of current and voltage.

EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities of the device due to increase of its efficiency, which is determined by ability to generate shorter pulses with higher frequency, increased efficiency of the device and reduction of its dimensions and weight, reduced total power losses during the process, expanded field of application due to capability of device operation from both AC and DC supply sources.
