FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: to metal base (1) of shoe there attached is antifriction element made in the form of plate (2) from plastic fluor with one-sided or two-sided foiling. At that, to the foiled surface of plate (2) and surface of base (1) of shoe, or to one of them there applied is glue; the above parts are pressed to each other, exposed under pressure till glue is cured; then antifriction element is treated on friction surface side. Plates (2) are made namely from plastic fluor modified with components.
EFFECT: manufacturing process of shoes does not require the use of special energy-intensive equipment and is safe and ecologically clean; shoes are designed for higher specific loads; friction losses in bearing decrease; wear resistance and radiation stability increase.
