FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, in particular to manufacturing method of plain thrust bearing block (step-bearing). According to proposed method to metallic bearing of block it is fixed antifriction component, implemented in the form of plate from foil-coated fluoroplastic by means of preliminary tinning of interlocked sides and soldering with following removing of foil from the side of friction faces. Plate is bended preliminary by radial surface by tinned side outside and by this side it is applied heated basis, on which it is preliminary applied layer of solder. It is compressed up to straightening and total touch of surfaces. It is isolated up to cooling-down and then from the side of friction face it is removed layer of foil. Compression of plate is implemented through elastic packing. Plate is tinned by galvanic method. Plate is implemented from foil-coated fluoroplastic, fluoroplastic of which is modified by components increasing its antifriction properties.
EFFECT: designing of blocks for more higher specific loads, that in turn leads to reduction of outs dimensions, reduction of losses for friction and wear resistance increasing of blocks.
