FIELD: chemical or physical processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to application of antifriction layer on metal surfaces, in particular, to shoes and bearings. Polyester-ether ketone plate is cast by injection molding. Said plate is cast by size and geometry of metal part in casting mold under pressure of 130 kgf/cm2, at melt temperature of 430 °C, injection speed of 120 mm3 per second and mold temperature of 250 °C. Bronze-nickel layer is deposited on the surface of the metal part; a metal part heated to 390–435 °C is placed in a horizontal position in a matrix made as per the dimensions of said part and preliminary heated to temperature of 200–230 °C. Male die is placed on the rod of the press and said plate is pre-heated to temperature of 180–200 °C from polyether ether ketone to a bronze-nickel layer to obtain an antifriction layer with thickness of 1.0–1.2 mm.
EFFECT: excluding formation of pores and microcracks, which in its turn increases bearing capacity by at least 40 % and wear resistance by at least 50 %.
