FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: anti-friction element comprising a fluoroplastic plate is attached to the base of the block. Previously a layer of powder is applied onto the plate by the method of hot spraying, which provides for adhesion of the anti-friction element to the base of the block. Glue is applied onto the connected parts, or a film glue is used, then they are pressed to each other and maintained under pressure until glue hardens. Plates are made of different wear and radiation resistant modifications of fluoroplastic. Proposed glues provide for hundredfold strength margin in respect to acting forces.

EFFECT: development of blocks that are capable of operation under higher specific loads and temperatures, which results in reduced friction losses and smaller size of a bearing unit, higher wear resistance and radiation resistance of a block, the latter makes it possible to use blocks in machines on an NPP.
