FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises attaching test-object on the object and recording test-object image with vibration blurring. Note here that pattern representing groups of parallel paired dashes represents said test-object. Said paired dashes feature common axis of symmetry, distance between dashes in a group being equal to double dash width decreasing from group of sashes with low spatial frequency to that of dashes with high spatial frequency. First, video camera is used to produce pattern of display for every frequency of video camera vertical deflection to obtain fixed pattern image with vibration blurring and with fixed video camera vertical deflection frequency equal to object vibration frequency. Then zero contrast is recorded in fixed pattern image with vibration blurring in the group of dashes with lower spatial frequency wherein dash width equals object vibration peak-to-peak amplitude.

EFFECT: higher accuracy, expanded range of application.
