SUBSTANCE: percentage of blast cells in the Borrelia antigene stimulated lymphocyte transformation assay (LTA) and percentage of blast cells in the phytohemagglutinin stimulated lymphocyte transformation assay. Further, an antigen-specific stimulation coefficient of proliferative lymphocyte activity (K) is calculated. If K>53, tick-borne borreliosis is diagnosed.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and information value of TBB diagnostics IKB both at the early stages of disease, and in cases of doubt to verify the diagnosis.
