FIELD: information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: method and device for distribution of beacon information comprise the first WTRU (wireless transfer-reception unit), modifying head of physical level convergence protocol (PLCP) in frame of protocol data unit of physical level (PHY PDU) for connection of beacon information. The first WTRU transmits modified PLCP-heading to the second WTRU. The second WTRU receives modified PLCP-heading and extracts information of beacon from modified PLCP-heading. The second WTRU connects to the first WTRU.
EFFECT: reduced time of connection.
