SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ironmongery, particularly to locking and sealing devices for special packages, for example bags with foodstuffs and products, including loose materials, and wallets. Proposed locking-sealing device has appliance for unsplit joint that represents locking mechanism arranged in the case. Said appliance represents gear wheel interacting with spring-loaded retainer. Retainer spring represents leaf spring bent to form radius in opposite side. Teeth are made on movable element for locking mechanism to interact with said gear wheel in moving it into through channel made in the case. Said case consists of rigidly interconnected base and cover. Base have seats and axles for gear wheels and spring-loaded retainer. Movable element represents a sector with shaped profile and tear-off zone. Shaped profiles on the case and sector are furnished with ledges. Ledges on the case are made on cover. Through channel features shape that mates that of the sector. Sector is arranged in cantilever on axle fitted in the case. There is area provided on the case for necessary sealing information.

EFFECT: ease of bag locking because of no additional bag neck locking appliances.
