FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: locking-sealing device of rope type comprises a rope, a flattened body and location beds. The flattened body comprises a base and a cover joined to each other by fastening elements and having through channels for fixation and movement of a rope. Location beds are installed in a mirror-like manner at both sides from the through channel for rope displacement. There are rollers installed in location beds, and they are in contact with stop elements in the form of springs, one of which represents a double-arm non-closed figure with bends arranged along the mutually perpendicular plane towards it. Location beds include mirror-reflected kidney-shaped moulds and are arranged as combined inside the body at the side distant from a loop-shaped section of the rope available beyond the body limits. A link that joins the location beds is a pair of response elements. One of response elements is installed in the base and is arranged in the form of two reflected opposite ledges. The other response element is arranged in the wall and is made in the form of a slot for ledges with slot-shaped extended grooves for location of a flat spring of bent shape in them with a convexity. The upper part of the flat spring is in contact with the second spring of the stop element, bends of which are arranged in the form of rod fixators with rollers fixed on them.

EFFECT: reliable closure of a locking-sealing device, not making it possible for a rope to move in any position upon closure.
