FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to hardware. Locking - sealing device contains a case made of two rigidly secured with each other parts and having a through channel for passing there through of the stopper with teeth interacting with the tool forming clicking permanent joint of the case and the stopper including two springs, each arranged in the corresponding slot in the case, place for printing of necessary sealing information provided on the case. Tool forming permanent clicking joint of the case and the stopper is made as a ratchet mechanism. Ratchet wheel is loosely accommodated in the nest of the case rotating and interacts with springs, each whereof is made as a plate spring bended forming radius in the opposite direction and serving as clicks. Clicks - springs are arranged on the opposite sides of the vertical axis of the ratchet wheel, and their ends are set below its horizontal axis. Plate - springs unbend at wheel rotation in one direction. Rotation of the wheel in the opposite direction is not possible, as plane - springs being in axial compression prevent such movement.

EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability and prevention of unauthorised replacement of the seal parts.
