FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a body 1 and a section of a rope 2, one end of which is passive 2.1, and the second one is free 2.2. It is pulled via a through channel 4 with inlet 5 and outlet 6 holes arranged accordingly on the upper 11 and lower 12 side of the body 1, to form a loop, and is fixed in it when closed by means of a locking mechanism 7, placed in the through channel 4. The device is equipped with a facility of fixation 8 for the free end of the rope section in the closed condition of the device. According to the invention the locking mechanism 7 is made in the form of a cylindrical springy collet 9 mounted in a conical hole 10 made in the through channel 4. At the same time the fixation facility 8 is made as identical to the locking mechanism 7 and is placed in the additional through channel 12, made as parallel to the main through channel, dimensions and shape of which match the main one. At the same time the additional 12 through channel is turned by 180°, at the same time the locking mechanism 7 is also turned by 180° for fixation of the free end 2.2 of the rope section, and the free end of the rope in the closed condition of the device is pulled at the lower side 1.2 of the body 1.
EFFECT: possibility to control integrity of a rope section in a zone of its exit from the body 1 of the device.
