FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to mining industry, particularly to installations for drilling and reaming holes in hard rock. The dust collecting installation for thermo-mechanical drill machines and thermal borehole reaming consists of a jacket with holes for a drill rod insertion. The jacket is coupled with two exhaust pipes. A fluid sprayer and a device for slime withdrawal are installed in each pipe. The device for slime withdrawal consists of two nozzles. A case of each nozzle is made out of bimetal. Lengthwise screw-like grooves with dovetail profile are made on internal surface of each nozzle, while a circular groove for slime collection is made at a bigger base of the nozzles. The fluid sprayers on each exhaust pipe are made of two counter directed non-central arranged narrowing nozzles, notably, lengthwise curvilinear grooves are made on internal surface of one of these nozzles. The guide of the curvilinear grooves is directed counter clockwise.
EFFECT: improved ecological condition in operation zone of thermal borehole drilling and reaming due to fine dispersed solid particles intensified wetting with their successive collecting and removal; elimination of atmospheric air pollution.
