FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed ring gear made up of moulded body 26 that makes race side zone, moulded body 28 that makes hear wheel side zone and moulded body 30 that makes intermediate zone. Hence, it is possible to machine section 2b of inner race of moulded body 26 that makes race side zone without presence of both moulded body 28 that makes gear wheel side zone and moulded body 30 that makes intermediate zone. By making aforesaid moulded bodies 28 and 30 adapting to design variations depending upon ICE type, it is possible to standardise size and shape of moulded body 26 for various ICE types. Thanks to that section 2b of inner race and O-ring seat and contact surface 2d are made on one moulded body 26, it is possible to machine said surfaces to accurate relative arrangement.
EFFECT: higher operating properties, minimum changes in machining equipment at required accuracy of machining.
