FIELD: power cables.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power cables for alternating voltage 6-35 kV with a frequency of 50 Hz, single-core (first option) and three-core (second and third options), which are designed for the transmission and distribution of electrical energy in stationary electrical installations located in hazardous areas. In cables in a conductive core, which is made of copper wires twisted together, the interwire space is filled with a sealant based on butyl rubber and polybutene; in the construction of three-core cables, a profile sectional element is used, pre-made from a semiconducting compound on a polyolefin base, installed in the center of the cable, in sections of which, with total twisting, prepared insulated conductive conductors are laid, also in the construction of three-core cables, the interphase free space between the profile sectional element, the current-carrying conductors and the next layer in the cable is hermetically filled with a semiconducting compound based on a polyolefin base.

EFFECT: longitudinal propagation of explosive gas atmosphere along the cable is prevented in the cables.
