SUBSTANCE: in order to provide for communication with mobile station by means of wireless communication channel, access provision network (APN) may be used, which comprises packet data sorting node (PDSN) of continuous action. PDSN may contain timer of non-active state and may be used to set timer of non-active state for initial value of timer of non-active state and to send assessment of initial value to mobile station by means of wireless communication channel, besides assessment of initial value represents function of initial value of timer of non-active state. Mobile station may contain assessment of timer of non-active state and may be used to assess initial value and to set timer of non-active state to assessment of initial value. Mobile station may also be used to rearrange assessment of timer of non-active state to assessment of initial value, when mobile station realises communication with APN.
EFFECT: invention provides for on-line communication.
