SUBSTANCE: cosmetic device for applying a cosmetic agent on a face includes brush head (10), filling element (20), movable sleeve (30), fixed sleeve (40) and a transfer structure. Filled element (20) is installed in movable coupling (30), brush head (10) is located at one end of movable coupling (30) opposite to filled element (20) and the outlet hole is made on the end surface of filled element (20) and faces brush head (10). Fixed coupling (40) is fixed outside movable coupling (30), and movable coupling (30) can move in axial direction. Fixed coupling (40), movable coupling (30) and brush head (10) are connected by means of a transmitting structure, and, when movable sleeve (30) moves in axial direction, movable sleeve (30) realizes rotation of head-brush (10) due to transfer structure intended for gripping cosmetic agent through outlet hole.

EFFECT: cosmetic agent is easily captured by the cosmetic device during its immersion, in addition, the filled element and the brush head are combined into one structure, which is convenient to take with you.
