FIELD: building, particularly for building erection in seismic areas.
SUBSTANCE: building comprises foundation and elastic bracket arranged between foundation and flooring structure of ground story and made of elastic supports having quasi-zero rigidity. Supports are arranged so that center of building gravity is located on vertical axis of elastic bracket symmetry. Elastic supports have connected in parallel elastic blocks with positive rigidity and rigidity adjusting means operated in elastic instability region. Flexible elastic rods of elastic supports are made of rope sections. Each elastic support includes two bases connected one to another by flexible rods of rigidity adjusting means and elastic block. Lower base is fixed to foundation, upper one is secured to flooring structure of ground story. Ends of rigidity adjusting means rods are fastened inside both bases. Areas of above rods fastening inside bases are opposite to each other and spaced equal distance one from another along circles with equal diameters having centers located on vertical axis of support symmetry. Rods of rigidity adjusting means are compressed by building weight up to collapse thereof so that medium rod parts are bulged in radial directions. Elastic block is made of central flexible elastic rod and peripheral flexible elastic rods. One end of central rod and ends of peripheral rods are fastened to upper base. Longitudinal axis of central rod coincides with vertical axis of support symmetry. Connection areas of peripheral rods are uniformly distributed along a circle having center located on vertical axis of support symmetry. Another ends of periphery rods and another end of vertical rod are inserted in central orifice of lower base and may perform frictional movement in lengthwise direction. Then ends of peripheral rods are spaced apart and secured in spaced apart position.
EFFECT: possibility of three-dimensional seismic isolation of building having any dimensions and weight, simplified elastic bracket structure.
