FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: antiseismic building has foundation, foundation plate which is attached to foundation by rods. Installed between foundation plate and flooring of lower storey is resilient hanger assembly consisting of resilient units. Each resilient unit comprises resilient rope setup modules. Arranged between resilient rope setup modules is rigidity corrector. Resilient system of hanger assembly is made in mode of quasizero rigidity which allows for ensuring very low natural oscillation frequency at low static displacements of building at seismic occurrences. Utilization of rope setup components in resilient hanger assembly allows for reducing oscillations of building at seismic occurrences due to enhanced dampening in ropes.
