SUBSTANCE: detector array has a first linear array for detecting first and second beams having different energy levels and passing through the first set of parts of the inspected object in order to obtain first values and second values for the first set of parts in which a second beam is formed alternately with the first beam, and a second linear array which is parallel to the first linear array for detecting the first beam and the second beam passing through the second set of parts of the inspected object in order to obtain third values and fourth values for the second set of parts of the inspected object, in which the first set of parts of the inspected object are partially identical to the second set of parts of the inspected object.
EFFECT: more efficient inspection when scanning objects.
