FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for decontamination of a contaminated gas flow with the help of a nozzle spraying a steam-and-water mixture and may be used at enterprises whose operation is connected with atmospheric air pollution. The nozzle is designed as a T-joint with nipples for delivery if steam and water and the steam-and-water mixture discharge. The mixing chamber is designed as a tube section screwed onto the nipple for the steam-and-water mixture discharge. The nozzle is equipped with an ejecting cone whose aperture angle is equal to 50°-70°. Mounted on the water and steam delivery tubes are valves regulating steam and water flow rates.

EFFECT: enhanced ejective performance of the water-steam plume and improved efficiency of contaminated flow decontamination.
